A: No, however normally you will find you receive more responses if you upload photo(s) to your profile
Q: Do photos that I upload have to be approved before they go live?
A: No, your photos will be live instantly on your profile
Q: Can I limit who views my profile?
A: No, but if you want to put your account on hold without deleting your account, you can select this option on the Account Page. Your account will then be temporarily unavailable to view by other members.
Q: How many photos can I upload
A: You can upload an unlimited amount of pictures to your profile
Q: How do I report stolen or inappropriate content?

Q: I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Q: Is there a way of temporarily putting my account on hold without deleting my account?
A: Yes. Go to Account Page and you can hide your account without deleting it. Your profile will then be unavailable for viewing by other members.

A: No we will not sell or share your information to any third party.

4. Credit System
Q: What are the credits used for?
A: Credits can be purchased for individual email responses to communicate with Standard Members.
Q: Who can buy the credits?
A: Credits can be purchased only by the Standard Members only. These credits can be used to communicate with the Classic or Quintessence Members.
Q: Where can I buy credits and where will they be displayed?
A: You can purchase the credits and view the amount of credits you have in your Account Page.
Q: Do the credits expire?
A: There is no expiry date for the credits.

Q: What is a 'Fan Club'
A: This is a similar concept to the favourites list; you add members that you are interested in connecting with here. If you are a paying member, you are able to view other members who have added you to their list as well.
Q: When online, how can I choose to be hidden from the instant chat page?
A: Unless you choose to go into the chat page, other members will not be able to instant chat to you.
5. Member's Communication
Q: Are there any communication restrictions for Classic Members?
A: Classic Members can communicate freely with any other paid members with no limitations. They are able to send Standard Members messages; however the Standard Member must upgrade their account to reply back or purchase credits to reply.
Standard Members = Free membership
Classic Members = Regular paid membership
Quintessence Members = Top level membership

6. Membership Cancellations
Q: How do I cancel my paid subscription and what happens to my account?
A: You can cancel your subscription by going to the Account Page. Your account will then return to the Standard Membership level. We do not issue refunds for memberships, therefore you will have the current membership until it expires and then your account will not be billed anymore.
Q: How do I delete my account?

Q: If I delete my account and later want to try out the service again, will I have to register
all my information again?
A: Yes. You will have to register all your information again.
Q: Can I get refund for my membership?
A: We do not issue refunds at any stage of purchased memberships, if you are having any issues please contact the support team.
Q: If I have a Quintessence Membership and would like to cancel, what happens next?
A: Your account will then revert back to Standard level membership; you can upgrade again anytime to the Classic or Quintessence levels again if you wish.

8. Affiliates
Q: What are affiliates?
A: Affiliate marketing is a revenue-sharing venture between a website owner and an online merchant. The website owner places advertisements on the site to either help sell the merchant's products or to send potential customers to the merchant's website. This is done in exchange for a share of the profits.
Q: How can I register with your affiliate program?
You can register with our affiliate program by signing up here.Your account will be instantly approved. Please log in to the control panel and on your left hand column, under 'browse merchant' please type in Quiverz. Then click on the 'Join Merchant' link.
Q: How do I send you traffic to your website?
A: You can link us via text links or banners on your websites as well as set an affiliate catalogue and promote it in search engines if you are not sure about your traffic source please email info@quiverz.com. Each of your links will contain a unique affiliate ID through which will be tracked through our third party software 'Paid on Results'.
Q: Do you offer CPA to your affiliates?
A: We only offer revenue share at the moment.
Q: What is the minimum payment?
A: As soon as an affiliate has passed £25 he can invoice Paid on Results for payment of his commission. All commissions must relate to VALIDATED sales.
Q: How often are payments made?
A: Payments are made bi-weekly (2 weeks) you can request for this earlier if you directly contact Paid on Results.
Q: Do you pay for additional webmaster referrals to Paid on Results?
A: Yes, they are called 2nd Tier commissions. You get 5%
Q: How long are your cookies tracked for?
A: The cookie length is the number of days following a click on an Affiliate URL to your site which we track purchases by the customer for and reward the last Affiliate who referred the customer. Cookies are tracked for 90 days within our program.
Q: What do you have for promotional marketing materials?
A: We have various sizes of banners, logo's, images - photo content custom adverts are also available from our professional editorial team.
Q: How do I see my earnings?

Q: What methods of payments do you pay out to your affiliates?
A: Payments are sent out by 'Paid on Results' they are sent by BACS, cheques or PayPal (2% additional fee).
